Tips: Encourage choosing a strong password, including lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers, special symbols, with a minimum length of 8 characters (e.g., IUqwdj1287@!#%)

To change the account password, follow these steps:

If you are still able to log in to your account

1. Access account settings

1. Choose the edit information option

1. Check the box to change the password

1. Re-enter old password, new password

1. Choose update information

In case you've completely forgotten your login password

Ensure you still have access to your mailbox

1. On the login page, select quên mật khẩu

2. Access the link and proceed to change the password as instructed
